Poor MANAGEMENT

I called the park to reserve a spot since I was passing through. The attendant told me to call when I arrived and he would meet me to check in. I told him it would be able 30 minutes after their normal hours and was assured it was OK. Upon arrival the phone lines where shut down and no attendant in sight.
