Nice Campground!
We live next door to this KOA. They have new owners and it is really nice! Camp store, waterfront, pool, kayak rentals, and shade! And a pizza place! They also have cabins for rent. As a neighbor, I have no complaints having them next door. It's a bit uphill to get in, but flat on top. Small dog park too. That's shaded! If you camp around the gulf coast, you know how little shade most places have.

Don't Waste Your Money
The spaces are cramped and the bathrooms are filthy 9 times out of 10. Constant noise and rude staff.

What a Dump!
Don't go to this campground. KOA has to do a better job of maintaining a minimum standard for their franchisees or I'll stop going to KOA campgrounds! Walmart provides more room, more cleanliness, and better value.

Not An Easy In Or Out With A 40' Rig
Stayed just 1 night, knew it was off to a bad start when my bumper mounted spare rubbed the road as we were pulling in. You park right next to your neighbors, so close we could listen to their conversations.. cannot recommend nor will we stay here again.
Side note: staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very Busy
Stayed 3 nights. Park was very busy, tried to stay longer but was booked. Pool was hoppin’, closes at 10 with last hour being adults only. For it being so busy, it went silent when 10 pm rolled around. Has water access which is nice. About 30 mins from Perdido Key. 45-50 mins from Pcola. Will stay again. Did not use any facilities.

Rough
$50 a night for dirt, rock, dog poop and cigarette butt site. The non premium sites are arranged so the your front door faces your neighbors front door and there is no clear boundaries of each other's campsite. Because of this we had the pleasure of someone's car right out out door. We will not return.

Returner
Have stayed here several tomes as it is close to family. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Play area was om for tjw grandkids and the pool was clean. Some of the sites were a little tight but staff helped with parking and setup. Will likely use again.

Not Great.
Last few KOAs I've been to were fun and exciting. Most of these sites do not have fire pits. This is highly disappointing as that's one of the most favorite things to do. Who cares about cable TV hookup. I want to sit in front of a fire cook smores. Apparently only their premium sites have firepits... I assumed any pull through site for an RV would come with it.
With how many RV places are around here... I'd look to other places as this wasn't any thing special.
One last note... I know there are gnats out in this area but it seemed like this place was infested by them.

Staff is friendly. Park needs major updating. Lots of retirees that are friendly, wave and stop to chat as they walk by.A little disappointed from what web page shows.Sites are small and sandy and rocky.WiFi seems to be OK.Not what we are use to after traveling through out the southwestern part of country. Not for kids....
