Needs Some TLC
The wifi is very slow, not usable. Cricket/AT&T signal isnt very good either. The pool area appears very old, needs lots of repairs. Bath houses are very nice. Employees are nice. Id give it a 3.5 star if I could.

Tmobile service was excellent with data speeds of 15-28 mbps, Wi-Fi is strong with very slow speed of less than 2mbps. Park is full of kids so the pool is over crowded and quite noisy. The pool is very nice with multiple water slides, a lazy river, shallow area for small children or short people like me. Shopping near by and for the most part masks and social distancing was practiced. The gulf beaches are bout 30min away. Cable tv was clear and reliable. Water pressure was fair until pool keeper shuts us down to under 10psi , had to call office many times to get water pressure back, golf cart heaven with young unlicensed kids cruising around and bicycles after dark with no lights. Lots of rules which are not enforced especially the golf cart rules and quiet time. We stayed for a month and I would stay again but only for a few days not a month.

Great!
We really enjoyed ourselves! We have two younger kids. So I06 was just about the most perfect spot. We could see the mini water park/pool from our spot. The site was not as "tight/small" as we expected after reading other reviews. Make sure to bring bikes/golf cart for the kids to enjoy. The ONLY thing we disliked were the gnats. There seemed to be a TON of bugs while we sat outside. But bug spray fixes that. It's a great place and I would recommend it to anyone who asks

Overall this is a nice park. Clean facilities and well kept grounds. Roads are a little narrow in spots but manageable. Staff is friendly and helpful when checking in. As with many other parks wifi is free but not reliable. Sites are on the small side but for a short stay they are fine. Lots to do in the area with good roads to get around.

OK
Nice facilities very friendly.. Site we were on was very tight for a 40 ft pusher. Our canopy was 18 inches from neighbors slide out.

We liked the park.It was clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. It had nice big cement pads to park your camper. The downside, wifi does not work period. They admit it, but are stuck with it.

Hurricane Irma Evacuee
We were evacuees from Irma. The city itself was the Eastern most city that was unaffected by the storm. Very gusty but no rain.
They gave fl residents 15% off for the hurricane and even accommodated a late check-out due to lingering affects still hitting Pensacola.
But aside from the reason, the park was nice. Nice clean pool area for the kids, the park was well maintained
They do charge a 3% surcharge for credit cards but won't charge it for cash.
Overall, we will go back now that we know about it.

Nice place and all the staff is very friendly. The sites are all concrete and You have a little space between campers. They take you to your site and help you get into it. They take care of any problems quickly. Trash pickup daily in front of your site. Do have lots of road noise since it is wright off of 59 hwy.All sites are 50 or 30 amp and full hookups. Our site was overlooking the pond. Nice laundry area. Real nice looking pool area although too cold to get in it while we were there. Plan on staying there again. Only gave them a 4 because of road noise.

Nice
Nice place if you are staying longer than 1 night. Sites are closer together than we like and roads feel small.
