Good little hideaway, tmobile service non existent, no wifi, 2 maybe 3 ota tv channels. AT&T and Verizon signals were good. All sites have concrete pads but are not perfectly level but leveling system or blocks will work. Sites are old so water, sewer, and power are at the end of the pad some connections further back so have long sewer hose and water line. The park is small and county managed but the few folks who stay long term are quite nice, never felt the need to lock my bins. If you like to fish there is a nice boat launch ramp along will ample parking for truck and trailers. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of large campgrounds then this is the place for you. Ant warning, treat area around camp before setting up, pharo ants aplenty
