$80
Opportunists
Full service site only had 15 amp.
Park full of teenagers checking in.
Mandatory credit card info for long list of arbitrary fines.
Extra charge for infant... ok.
Extra charge for dog.....ok.
Extra charge for Towed... no thanks.
They asked me to pay $80/night. I politely declined and found another campsite up the road.

UPDATED - Read Full Google Review
If you don't need to stay here, DON'T.
Read ALL the negative Google reviews, they are ALL accurate.
I stayed here for 4+ months in the off season and I will not rehash what and how others have described the price gouging, facilities, cleanliness, unkemptness, wifi, etc., again, all accurate reviews.
If you must stay here, keep in mind:
*Do NOT buy their wood. Bring or buy firewood at the gas bar down the road or Walmart, campground wood is always wet and never burns.
*Don't stay in the front area, dumpy trailers piled on top of another with never friendly residents. If you're a trailer, get site 104, it's the only ocean view with sewer and it's away from the trailer trash.
*Keep in mind, ocean side is on the bay and constantly windy, even with the trees. Also minuscule sun.
*If you're going to shower, use your tank, as there is no water pressure.
*Everyone's dog is off leash, if you don't want your neighbors dogs on your site, tough shit. You can complain, nothing happens.

Actual winter camping at its finest.
If you are able to survive without full services, do it and take advantage of the very private and large sites. Get away from the 50 ampers and full timers!!!
Truly a gem among many holes.
