Stayed In August 2016
This is a great spot during the summer heat. There are loads of trees and not so many mosquitos like at deer lake and hicks lake. The campground is also quieter, since most everyone else goes to the other sites. My 34 footer fit fine in the camping spot, and even though there wasn't hook ups, it was a great place out of the sun. The hike to and from the lake was good exercise for the kids too.
Bring mosquito protection!
And last year the dump station for rvs was out of service, hopefully it's fixed this year.

Lots Of Trees
We stayed for three days at the bench campground of Sasquatch Provincial Park. The campground was clean and the neighbors friendly. The morning clean up crew of wanna be rangers were a bit of an attitude that could have been left at home, but they did a fine job at their duties, so I forgave them of their tudes and went on to enjoy ourselves at the lake.
Most of the campsites were fairly large, enough for a smaller RV and a tent. The fire pits were great. I was a bit shocked at the pit toilet as I assumed there would be washing facilities on hand.
The lake was small and we had to watch out for the swimmers itch, which we didn't get thank the lord. I don't understand why the trail doesn't connect all the way around the deer lake. But the half way point was fine place to turn around.
Overall the better campsites are definitely at the deer lake and the other lake ( I can't remember the name)
