Not worth $80.00, wifi terrible, site is old and rough. Didn't check shower facilities, can't imagine they would be any better.

NEVER Use Regency Park RV Resort!

Laundry, showers, wifi, cable, paved, well maintained, manager on site, ALL FALSE! I arrived and found the asphalt deteriorating, more like rough gravel. Knocked on the manager door, she came out and looked like she was on crack. She immediately told me that the electronics were down and I needed to pay cash. OK, I'm tired from 5 hours drive so paid $80 per night. Upon handing over the cash she preceeded to tell me laundry, showers, wifi, and cable no longer available at the site. I thought, ok ill stay a night and move next day. I setup and before I was done some strange truck drove up to the Mgr trailer. The Mgr gave my cash to this man, saw them count it out in the driveway. Didn't get much sleep. I think the lady in one of the trailers was a prostitute and working out of her trailer. Lots of noise and traffic there. Lots of traffic at the Mgr trailer too. I think they where dealing drugs there. Never got a comfortable feeling there. About 2am decided to leave,

Perfect For Our Needs

We have stayed in this park twice and found the host to be very accommodating and friendly, and the park itself is in the city of Cranbrook so handy for shopping and visiting friends and family. The washrooms are clean and well taken care of and there are laundry facilities but I didn’t look at them.
