Little Unexpected Gem
Had a nice, quiet stay here for one night. I liked that it was close enough to town yet felt secluded. Being close to the water was amazing and fresh. I camped in April and it was pretty chilly but manageable.
The campground host was incredibly helpful and even helped me with car trouble I had during my stay.
The campground is surprisingly big with lots of options for sites. Firewood is available for $10/bundle. Toilets are basic and non-flushing. No phone service.

Tamihi
We are staying here right now and even though this is a nice campground it is not FREE and the price is great for a dry camping experience they charge you the full price to park a second car FULL price even in the slow season. There are plenty of campsite and only 3 of us in this campground and they still felt that charging us twice for a second vehicle is ok!?
