Easy Going For Hell's Gate Area
We took our maiden voyage in our used tent trailer on Canada Day weekend and scored a great spot, with the friendly host who tried his best to help as we were missing a few things. The trains do roll by a lot but they are charming if you know the recent colonial history of expanding westward.
The River was fun to swim in and the mud is like clay and fun to play around with. Clean bathrooms, did use showers but they were free and had onsite wood for $10 for a small wheelbarrow....no playground for kids but a field and circle loop for bikes. Would totally stop in again if passing through, oh and Boston Bar has a decent general store 8 minutes away by car.

Nice 4 Star
Perfect value for an over nighter with power and water. Great showers. Maybe 1/4 full on a Sunday night. Train and road noise during evening but not after we shut the RV door. Very quiet. Would stay again.

Heading North
This is a campground not an RV park. I have a 40 foot MH and was able to maneuver ok on the upper part away from the river and creek.
That being said I was not disappointed, its a beautiful property. I was the only one there on 4/30. Just a note though, the bathhouse was quite a walk from the creekside portion.

Absolutely beautiful. Was planning on one night but had to stay longer! Pet friendly. Electrical and water hookup easy to access even for a newbie like me! Great hiking terrain and my dog loved the river! Stayed here on a beautiful warm sunny fall day with the leaves just beginning to turn.Amazing⚡️

Loved this spot! We are moving to AK from WA and didn't realize the highway was closed ahead of us due to wildfires. The friendly host Bernard, spent quite a bit of time helping us map a new route.
The pull through site we got was a little bumpy as it was on grass and hard to level without unhitching. Otherwise, the shower room was clean, the staff was friendly and the river and creek made an excellent playground for my kids. Absolutely beautiful scenery if you take the trail to the creek!
