Place is clean, and well kept. Boating and fishing are permitted . You can buy tackle and gear at a mini convenient store. They also rent boats if you don't own one. They have 5 spots for tent camping at $60/night, as well as RV lots $65/night though there are no hookups for water/power or sewage . They also have a few cabins that can be rented not sure of that price though. Firewood is provided. However there is a curfew as it is family oriented and it is also a gated community. I believe atv's are allowed and that there are a few trails around. Animals im not sure about, when I went I didnt have one to take with me.
